1. Shipping Areas & Delivery Timeline
* Dubai, Sharjah, & Ajman: 1 to 3 business days.
* Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, RAK, UAQ, & Fujairah: 2 to 4 business days.
* Note: Deliveries are not processed on Fridays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges
* Standard Delivery: AED 15 for orders below AED 200.
* Free Shipping: We offer Free Delivery on all orders above AED 200 across the UAE.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
* We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all emirates. 
* Please ensure a correct and active UAE mobile number and accurate delivery address are provided at checkout to avoid any delays.

4. Shipment Tracking & Delivery Process
Once your order is dispatched, our courier partner will contact you via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call to confirm your availability and delivery location. If you miss the delivery, a second attempt will be made the following day.
