Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original retail packaging with all seals intact. Due to hygiene and health safety regulations regarding beauty tools and electronic gadgets, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, tested, or used. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will guide you on how to send the package back, or arrange a courier pickup (standard return shipping charges may apply). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will arrange a free replacement for any verified manufacturing defects.
